When European procurement leaders review my work, they are not just looking for a sourcing contact in China. They are looking for someone who can cut through supplier noise, test the evidence, identify where the real risk sits, and define the next decision before the project becomes expensive.

Who I Am

I work at the intersection of European quality rigor and Chinese manufacturing reality. My role is to close the execution gap between what headquarters expects, what suppliers claim, and what the available evidence actually supports.

  • Specialized in: China supply chain execution and New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Operational footprint: Product lifecycles scaled up to 4,000,000 units
  • Portfolio managed: Tooling and procurement programs valued at over 40 Million RMB
  • Category expertise: Smart home appliances, consumer electronics, and precision injection molding

I work in the most difficult scenario in global trade: R&D is in Europe, procurement is in China, production is on the factory floor, and the real problem is trapped somewhere between supplier claims, technical reality, commercial pressure, and missing evidence.


How I Work

Evidence First, Factory Second

Not every supplier problem requires an immediate factory visit. I start by testing the evidence: BOM logic, tooling records, quality data, supplier communication, NPI checkpoints, and commercial risk. If the evidence shows that remote clarification is insufficient, then on-site intervention becomes a justified next step — not a default assumption.

Most third-party QC or sourcing support stays at execution level. My work happens upstream — where risk is still invisible, decisions are still reversible, and project failure is still preventable.

Not a Message Passer

I do not simply relay updates between buyer and supplier. I test supplier claims, identify what evidence is missing, and clarify where decisions are getting stuck.

System Before Symptom

I focus on pre-emptive risk control, root-cause analysis, and rebuilding decision paths before failure becomes expensive.

Alignment Through Evidence

I do not wait for alignment to appear. I create it with data, structure, decision logic, and escalation only when the evidence justifies it.


My Non-Negotiable Principles

1. Zero Verbal Assumptions

I do not accept verbal progress claims. Every key milestone must be validated by physical evidence, raw data, or documented supplier proof.

2. Relentless Cross-Verification

I cross-audit supplier claims on cost, lead time, process capability, quality readiness, and risk instead of taking them at face value.

3. 100% Financial Transparency

I do not take hidden factory commissions. I work as an independent operator on the client side only.
